We offer our services to individuals and teams of any size at any organizational level. Two fundamental pathways with multiple variations are possible. One focuses on “Primary Awareness / Knowledge Building” and the other focuses on “Pragmatic Addressing of Issues” brought by teams from any enterprise level. They are not mutually exclusive as addressing practical issues often demands more theoretical discussion and knowledge building. Primary knowledge building material is contained in three modules (“Engagement, Decision Making” and “Adaptive Practices” ) available to individuals and groups alike. “Pragmatic addressing of issues” involves groups coalescing around issues/problems which should be worked on by the group and is designated in the Groups/Themes/Campaigns option below. Themes and Campaigns engagements are the most effective way of benefiting from The Facilitation in Complexity methods. The scope and timeframe for these sessions depend on the needs of the group/individual and should be discussed in context of the demands.
